Steve has over 25 years experience as a senior commercial finance professional across a range of industry sectors in the UK, USA and Australia. He has significant practical and advisory experience with early stage private equity backed IT businesses, achieving trade sales to US corporations with three of them. Steve is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and qualified with Ernst & Young.
